Patient Love

“My son has been seeing Beth at Madison Physical Therapy, for heel/foot pain. He has been seeing her a couple times a week and it is improving so much. She does great work.”

Jackie M.

“After suffering a spinal cord injury in an automobile accident, I worked with Kristin Fox extensively for nearly two years. She is extremely knowledgeable and understands a multitude of therapy techniques that provide healing for any physical ailment. With her friendly caring nature, I found it easy to build trust with Kristin which allowed for great patient-therapist chemistry. After each and every session I felt better and had less pain then when I arrived. I strongly recommend Madison Physical Therapy and Kristin Fox for all your rehabilitation needs. Her professionalism, expertise and quality care all provided in a rural setting surely surpass any physical therapy practice anywhere.”

LLoyd K.

“Kristin is my ‘go to’ person for my physical therapy needs! She worked with me on my balance and mobility issues caused by Parkinson's. She recently cured a shoulder/neck issue I had. Highest respect for her!”

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is the application of specific skilled treatment, manually performed by the therapist used to help increase joint and soft tissue mobility, induce relaxation or muscle contractions, control and reduce pain, and reduce joint or tissue swelling.

ASTYM

ASTYM® is the regenerative medicine of therapy, designed to restore soft tissues at a cellular level. ASTYM® therapy regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.) and removes unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions. ASTYM® therapy helps patients restore their movement, get rid of their pain and giving them back their lives.

Dry Needling

Functional dry needling (FDN) is a therapeutic treatment procedure that utilizes thin, solid filament needles to deactivate and desensitize trigger points in muscles, thereby reducing impairments such as pain, improving tissue flexibility and muscle function.

LSVT BIG

LSVT BIG is an intensive, effective, one-on-one treatment created to help people with Parkinson's disease (PD) and other neurological conditions address walking, balance and other activities of daily living (for example, writing, dressing and getting up from low chairs) or even job-related tasks.

Pelvic Health & PCES

Pelvic floor dysfunction occurs when the muscles, nerves, connective tissues, and/or skeletal structures in the pelvis are not functioning properly. This may lead to bowel or urinary incontinence, painful intercourse or sexual dysfunction or pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Infections, childbirth, and previous surgeries are a few things that can bring on a pelvic floor dysfunction. Treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction may include working with a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) or other provider with specialized training to assist you with regaining your function.

Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic therapy is a low or no-impact therapy provided in water which permits more comfortable movements as it supports the body, reduces joint stress, and provides resistance and assistance in a unique manner.

Electrotherapeutic Modalities

Electrotherapy modalities (also known as electrophysical agents) are types of physical therapy that aim to reduce pain and improve function via an increase in energy (electrical, sound, light, or thermal) into the body. Offerings include: Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Infrared Light Therapy, Iontophoresis, and Mechanical Traction.
